Important TIN information:
• Turkey — TIN can be obtained online instantly (about 15 minutes)
• UAE — No personal TIN required
• Georgia — TIN not required for purchase
• France — TIN required only for final deed

For other countries, TIN is usually required before signing the purchase contract. Typical timeframe is 2-6 weeks via local lawyer with Power of Attorney.
